It's time to get UPP! With Utah’s Premium Partnership for Health Insurance (UPP)

If you do not have health insurance, UPP (pronounced “up”) may be able to help you pay for it. UPP helps individuals and families pay for their work sponsored health insurance. If your company offers health insurance, you may be eligible to receive monthly reimbursements for the cost of your employer-sponsored health coverage.

You may qualify for a rebate of up to $150 per person per month if you, your spouse or children:

 • Are uninsured
 • Can enroll in an employer's health plan
 • Meet income guidelines

To learn more about UPP, visit www.health.utah.gov/upp
or call 1-888-222-2542
