Support: The Living Well Coordination Workgroup is comprised of individuals from various organizations including local and state health departments, health care organizations, area agencies on aging, senior centers, and non-profit community based organizations.
- Monthly meeting: The group, of about 15 individuals, meets on the 2nd Monday of the month 10:30am-12 noon. Call in #: 801-538-1711.
- Meeting Purpose: To plan and organize Living Well implementation statewide and share best practices.
- Workgroup meetings are open to any individual or organization
interested.
