Join the Utah Autism Waiver Listserv

This list is designed to provide information about the Utah Medicaid Autism Waiver. It is a tool allowing subscribers to receive updates about the waiver.

To join the list, you will need to send a BLANK (No subject, no message, no signature or footer) email to:

If you receive an error similar to: "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: join-hl-utahautismwaiver@list.utah.gov", please ensure that the email did not contain a subject, message, header/footer or signature.

Upon sending an email subscribing to this mailing list, a confirmation link will be returned. If you fail to notice this confirmation email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. Your email address will be automatically removed from this list if this confirmation link is not clicked.
