HIV/AIDS TREATMENT AND CARE PROGRAM

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES PROGRAM

The Treatment and Care Program can pay for the following services available under the Supportive Services Program:

  • Dental Services
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Substance Abuse Services
  • Home Health Care
  • Transportation Services
  • Food Vouchers (emergency only)


* REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES*

  • You must have HIV/AIDS
  • You must be low income
  • You must be below a certain asset level (you can own a car and a home)
  • The services you need are not covered by any other public or private program
  • You must live in Utah.
