HIV/AIDS TREATMENT AND CARE PROGRAM
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES PROGRAM The Treatment and Care Program can pay for the following services available under the Supportive Services Program: Dental Services Mental Health Counseling Substance Abuse Services Home Health Care Transportation Services Food Vouchers (emergency only) * REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES* You must have HIV/AIDS You must be low income You must be below a certain asset level (you can own a car and a home) The services you need are not covered by any other public or private program You must live in Utah.
