etc.) or one of the testing sites listed here for sexually transmitted
disease testing and treatment. The Utah Department of Health
provides the following information as a public courtesy and
is not responsible for the testing sites listed below. It is
advised to call for an appointment or scheduling information
for all sites listed.
Test sites are confidential and no client will be denied service
due to inability to pay fees. Temporary sites are sometimes
available, for more information call 801-538-6096.
