EMS Testing

The written tests for all levels of EMS certification are administered by computer at the following test sites:

• Bureau of EMS, Salt Lake City
• Bridgerland Applied Tech Center, Logan
• College of Eastern Utah, Price
• Dixie State College, St. George
• Snow College, Ephraim
• Utah State University—Moab Center, Moab
• Utah State University—Uintah Basin Region, Roosevelt
• Utah Valley State College, Orem
• Weber State University—Davis, Layton

A mobile testing lab is also available. Please contact the Bureau of EMS to schedule tests.

Test Team

The Test Team administers the practical test for EMS personnel seeking certification in Utah. Test Team members are employed by the Bureau of EMS.
