EMSC 2006 Needs Assessment Results

The 2006 EMSC Needs Assessment was conducted to

  1. Assess EMS Providers’ perception of the delivery of EMS to children within our state.
  2. Determine how Utah EMSC can best meet the needs of EMS providers.

The results are being used to guide the program activities of EMSC. Click on any of the links below (PDF) to learn about the results and how EMSC is addressing the identified needs.

Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Emergency Health Information Sheet System

The EMSC program and its partners have developed an online service to enable parents/guardians of children with special health care needs to fill out information sheets about their children, in an effort to facilitate better emergency care by EMS responders and hospitals. Please use the link below to create or retrieve an emergency health information sheet for your child.
