March 2008:
- Minimum class size of two students established
- Background check revisions
- Clarified requirement for providing students with a copy of the ADA and Harassment policies

- Revision of retention-of-records requirements:
- A roster of all EMS Instructors, stating full name and EMS number with the number of hours, subject(s), and date(s) taught
- Completed recommendation and non-recommendation letters on file
- Course Quality Assurance form revised
- Clarification on student clinical patient care records
- Clarification of Declaration of Understanding requirements
- Assessing student performance and course goal sections added
- Maximum number of co-coordinators changed from one to two

August 2007:
- BEMS will not accept late paperwork with out payment of all fees including any applicable late fees (p. 10)
- Update on result test letters (p.15)
- 72 hour notice required for practical test rescheduling
- 48 hour notice required for written test rescheduling
- Minor formatting updates throughout
May 2007:
- All students must fill out an application and pay the $30 application fee. If you have a student that is unsure if he/she wants to certify they should mark the “audit non cert” box on the student application. If later they change their mind they may still be eligible to certify. To be eligible they must pay all applicable certification fees and complete all applicable documentation within 120 days of the course completion. They will additionally be charged a late fee of $75. No refunds of certification fees will be issued.
