The Bureau's new online Certification System is now available with the following initial features: EMT lookups and upcoming course listings. Additional features will be made available as they are completed.

A new area of our Web site has been created for EMS agency training officers to report recertification practical tests that they have scheduled. EMTs may also visit the site to see any upcoming recertification practical tests that training officers have made available to people outside their own agencies. A link to the recertification practical test scheduling area is available in the Training Officers section of the Training page and the Certification/Recertification page.

The National EMS Education Standards have recently been published by NHTSA. This important document is intended to replace the National Standard Curriculum for all levels and will be the cornerstone of EMS education in Utah in the future.
