Surveillance Activity Reports Archives

The EEP is responsible for collecting two types of data: blood lead testing reports and toxic substances released during emergency events. The EEP is the data steward for these types of data, which means EEP is responsible for the original data and its distribution. All EEP data are made available through the Utah Environmental Public Health Tracking Network (UEPHTN) or through the Utah Indicator-Based System (IBIS). EEP compiles and collects monthly reports for these data. Reports from 2008 to 2015 can be accessed in the Surveillance Activity Reports Archive Table below.
