Training a Multi-Cultural Workforce

It's almost impossible to be unaware of cultural differences and the role they play in today’s workplace. Differences such as country of origin, ethnicity, and first learned languages all play huge roles in defining us as individuals. There are other aspects of culture that may not be as obvious and yet they are equally impactful in terms of interactions in the workplace.

Discover how being aware of this cultural orientation can enhance your ability to interact effectively as a trainer, in the workplace and in your life outside of work.
