How do I view the status of my order?

You can view your order history by going to the My Account page. Click an order number to see the details of your order, or to view delivery tracking information including status history and comments.

Can I view the units that are in stock?

You can view how many units are in stock by clicking the Product Name.

Can I change the Shipping Address on an order?

Yes. You can change the Shipping address during Checkout. Step 1 of 3 – Delivery Information allows you to change the shipping address for a specific order.

Can I cancel an order I have already submitted?

If you would like to cancel an order you will need to click on ‘Contact Us’ and submit an email to Dorrie Reese.

How do I retrieve my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login screen and click ‘Forgot your Password’. You will be asked to enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with your new password.

How do I view forms that are on back order?

You can view forms on back order from the Home page. It will also tell you the expected date of arrival.

Can I order more than the computer allows?

If you need to order more items than allowed you will need to contact the bureau administrator. Duplicate orders submitted online will not be filled without proper approval.
