If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer as your web-browser you may have difficulty opening the Reporting Implementation Form and the Vocabulary Form as they are Excel files. Use Google Chrome as your web-browser to open the forms in Excel.
With Google Chrome you can open the Reporting Implementation Form and the Vocabulary Form as Excel files without any difficulty.
Open up a Google Chrome web-browser and copy (Ctrl-C) & paste (Ctrl-V) one of the urls below into the Google Chrome web-browser url field. This will automatically open the file in Excel.
