Our data sharing partners generally serve as members of our Technical Advisory Group and take action in the decisions and path of EPHT.
Utah's public EPHT portal is housed in the Utah Department of Health's Indicator Based Information System for Public Health (IBIS-PH). There are three ways to access information in IBIS-PH: Published reports, indicator profiles, and custom query. Information from EPHT is found in the indicator profiles and custom query.
