Regulations:
In order to become a Certified Food Safety Manager in Utah, you must pass an approved certified exam. The following approved examinations in Utah are:
- Serve Safe (National Restaurant Association)
- Thompson Prometric (formerly Experior)
- Utah State University Food Safety Manager Course
- National Registry of Food Safety Professionals
- Other exams approved by the Conference of Food Protection
