Everyone has a story..

and you aren't alone. About 1 in 17 Utah adults has been diagnosed with diabetes, about 1 in 3 adults has pre-diabetes, and each one of us has a story to tell.

The Faces of Diabetes is seeking to collect and share diabetes-related stories to help bring us together as a community of survivors, families, and advocates. By watching the personal struggles and triumphs of real people striving to prevent or learning to live with diabetes, we hope to uplift and give hope in a way that simple facts and online tips never can. And by making it easy for anyone to share their story, we can reach our goal of creating a virtual community where every voice is valued, where every story is heard, and where together we are strong.
