Since each person’s needs are different, it becomes all the more helpful to be able to see how well thousands of people thought their individual needs were being met. This question asked respondents to rate how well the medical care they received from their health plan met their needs.

Almost two-thirds of respondents reported "excellent" or "very good" when asked about how well their health plan met their needs.
