Managed care plans are made up of networks of doctors, other health professionals, and health facilities, that must work together to coordinate the care delivered to enrollees. That means that how well they communicate with one another can help determine how good the care you receive is. This question asked enrollees to rate how well their health plan worked as a system to coordinate their medical care, including how well different people and departments communicated with each other about their care.

Overall, approximately four out of every five respondents gave their health plan a positive rating in communication.
