The Division of Health Care Financing issues Medicaid Information
Bulletins in January, April, July and October. Bulletins announce
program changes, make policies and procedures more clear, and have
information of interest to Medicaid providers. Medicaid follows
the policy, procedures and requirements contained in provider manuals
or as changed by information issued in Medicaid Information Bulletins
