This makes it difficult or impossible for UPHL to report test results to providers. -UPHL is also receiving specimens from patients with unknown exposures and unknown clinical history. This makes it impossible for UPHL to ensure that appropriate testing is performed and that priority is given to testing specimens for severely ill patients.
