| 4. Please be advised that the Bureau of Child Care
Licensing will not act as your attorney for purposes of
settling, recovering monetary loss, or performing any other
dispute resolution between you and the licensed facility
whom you feel may have violated Utah's licensing law.

| 5. Further, the Bureau of Child Care Licensing
cannot perform investigations for the benefit of your personal
litigation. However, your complaint is very important
to the Bureau of Child Care Licensing because it is informing
Bureau of Child Care Licensing personnel of a possible violation
of the licensing laws. Such complaints are invaluable
in helping to bring appropriate administrative remedies
against facilities who are unlicensed or otherwise in violation
of Utah law. All complaints are given very careful
attention.
