 Utah Medical Assistance Program (UMAP)

The Utah Medical Assistance Program (UMAP) was discsontinued as of June 30, 2002. While it was an operational program, it was a State-funded program for adults between ages 18 and 65 who need medical attention and did not qualify for any type of Medicaid program.   The services were limited to medical conditions that are acute, life threatening or infectious.  All services must be authorized.
