Drug Utilization Review Board (DUR)
The DUR Board provides evaluation of criteria for drug coverage within the Medicaid Program. The Board is composed of Physicians & Pharmacist professionals who meet on a monthly basis to consider issues that affect how drugs are provided by the Medicaid program. These meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 A.M. in the Cannon Health Building at 288 N. 1460 W. in Salt Lake City, UT. The meetings are open to the public.
