Where can I find information about DUR meetings and decisions?
All public information, including DUR meeting times, agendas, minutes from past meetings, and board members is located on the "Drug Utilization Review Board" page within the Pharmacy Services website. DUR meeting dates and times, and DUR petition submission deadlines can be found on the Pharmacy Services calendar.If you are a physician or a physician's representative wondering about the status of a petition to the DUR board, you will not find this information on our website because these petitions contain Protected Health Information (PHI). You will need to call the Prior Authorization Team at (801)538-6155 or 1-800-662-9651.
