Information about the Medicaid Information Bulletin The Division of Health Care Financing issues Medicaid Information Bulletins quarterly, dated January, April, July, and October.   Bulletins announce program changes, make policies and procedures more clear, and have information of interest to Medicaid providers. Medicaid follows the policy, procedures and requirements contained in provider manuals or as changed by information issued in a Medicaid Information Bulletin.  A bulletin is on-line a week or so before the date it is effective. On-line bulletins are in Adobe Acrobat Reader, unless noted otherwise.
