Keep or Cancel All Medical and Dental Appointments

When you have an appointment with a doctor, dentist or other medical provider, please either keep the appointment or call to cancel or schedule a different appointment.  If you do not call, you may be charged for a broken appointment.  You are responsible to pay for a broken appointment when all three conditions are met:

1) The office tells you how to cancel appointments.  For example, the office may tell you to cancel 24 hours before your appointment.

2) You signed an agreement to pay for broken appointments.

3) All patients who break appointments are charged the same fee.
