Office of Public Health Assessment

The Utah Healthcare Access Survey collects information on a variety of topics related to health status and health care access at statewide and health district levels. It is designed to be representative of Utahns. The Utah Healthcare Access Survey is conducted by the Survey Center in the Office of Public Health Assessment.
