Public Comment Period Extended Through December 15, 2008!!
Prior to publication, these guidelines are open for public comment. The public comment period will last from November 1-December 15, 12:00am. Public comments regarding the guidelines will be accepted through two ways:

The guidelines are available as a pdf document or as a word document. If your suggestions relate to specific wording, we ask that you track changes using the word version of the guidelines and attach the document to the email that you send us. Please include your name as well as contact information in case we have follow-up questions to your comments.
