The Office of Primary Care and Rural Health is pleased to announce the continuation of the State Primary Care Grants Program (SPCGP) for Medically Underserved Populations. The law permits the award of primary care grants to "nonprofit and public entities for the cost of operation of providing primary health care services to medically underserved populations." The Office of Primary Care and Rural Health can provide both technical and financial assistance to underserved health care providers and/or administrators who need help in preparing grant proposals related to maintaining or improving the quality or quantity of health care provided in their community.
