Utah Rural Health Photo Contest
Celebrating the Beauty of Rural Utah
The Utah Office of Primary Care and Rural Health (OPCRH) announces the Annual Utah Rural Photo Contest. We encourage you to be creative and share visually what “rural” means to you!
Governor Gary R. Herbert has declared the week of November 12 - 18, 2017 as Rural Health Week in Utah and we encourage rural communities to celebrate with activities that improve the health of rural Utahns.
Contestants are welcome to submit one or more photos until 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2017.
Please submit up to 8 photos per entry form in a .jpeg format, up to size 5MB per picture to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please complete and include the Media Consent Form/Photo Entry with your submission.
Please refer to the Photo Contest Flyer.
Photos will be judged by the Office of Primary Care and Rural Health based on creativity, originality, photo quality, how well they communicate the concept of “rural,” and overall appeal. Winners will be notified by November 20, 2017 and photos will be posted on the OPCRH website, http://health.utah.gov/primarycare/.
Upon submission, all photos become the sole property of the Utah Department of Health and can be used for any purpose with credit to the photographer.
