Fall in Utah is spectacular. This is truly one of the most ideal seasons in Utah, especially for outdoor enthusiasts. The hot days of summer wane and are replaced by crisp mornings and evenings. Green leaves begin their transitions to brilliant oranges, reds, and yellows. Preparing for activities during this season can be a challenge because of the extreme variance in temperature - even early snow. By taking extra precautions and paying close attention to weather reports and weather conditions, fall travel can be safe and enjoyable.
