What is the situation like in Utah? How common is cervical cancer in Utah?

Utah has the lowest rate of cervical cancer in the country. In Utah, 4 out of 100,000 women have cervical cancer while in the United States, 8 out of 100,000 women have cervical cancer. In 2007, 53 new cases of cervical cancer were diagnosed.
