Does lung cancer have any symptoms?

Usually, lung cancer does not have symptoms when it is small and easy to treat. Symptoms may appear once the cancer has gotten larger. Symptoms may include:

  • A cough that won’t go away
  • A cough that has changed
  • Coughing up any amount of blood
  • Shortness of breath/wheezing
  • Chest pain
  • Weight loss
  • Headache
  • Bone aches
