Does testicular cancer have any symptoms?

Some testicular tumors do cause symptoms. A lump in a testicle is the most common sign of a testicular cancer. The testicle may also be larger than normal and swollen. Sometimes men feel pain in the lower back if it has spread to other areas. Other symptoms could include changes in the breasts, headaches, or facial hair on young boys.
