What birth control services are covered?

You may get family planning services from any provider who accepts Medicaid or your Health Plan without a co-pay. You don’t need a referral. You can get some types of birth control in the doctor’s office. Forothers, the doctor will write a prescription. The following forms of birth control may be covered by your Medicaid program.
