Health Program Representatives (HPRs) are available in the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) offices along the Wasatch front or in Local Health Departments (LHDs) in the rural areas of the state to help you. HPRs can answer questions and help resolve problems with Medicaid patients. They also educate patients on how to use their card appropriately as well as many other issues.
