Bicycle Rules of the Road Remember - "Same roads, same rules, same rights" Utah law gives a bicyclist the right to use the road just like any other motor vehicle. With that right comes the responsibility to obey all laws and rules of the road, just as is expected for all motorists. When animosity between motorists and bicyclists occur, it is often due in part to one or both parties either not understanding the law or not obeying the law. |
