The mission of this committee is to assist, inform and advise the CSHCN Bureau in more clearly understanding the family/parent/individual perspective on issues, needs, and services. Promote partnerships and engagement which ensures a voice for families and individuals with special health care needs to improve the system of care.

Our goal is to gain insight in the areas of concerns for the family/parent/individual of children with special needs to help influence policies and programs which will play an important part in guiding CYSHCN’s future.
Our vision is to build a foundation and increase collaboration with the family/parent/individual of children with special health care needs to ensure CYSHCN’s future supports the needs of Utah families.
