Course Request

Course requests are submitted online using the Bureau of EMS Certification System. If you have not used the system before, you will need to complete the following steps before you use it for the first time:

  1. Be an actively certified course coordinator.
  2. Have a functioning Utah-ID account. This is the same login for POLARIS and many other State of Utah systems. If you don�t have an account, click here to create one.
  3. Once you have a functioning Utah-ID you must also link your Utah-ID account to your record in the BEMS certification system. If you haven�t done that, click here.

If you have completed all of the above, login below, and then select "Courses > Course Maint > New Request."
